The store and your order

You can shop without registering an account. These terms apply together with our delivery, returns and privacy policies and any specific product information confirmed before payment.
How ordering works
Choose the item and available option, enter accurate delivery and contact details, and review the order total. Submitting the order records your request; it does not itself collect payment or confirm that money has arrived. Our team contacts you using the information supplied, checks item availability and delivery, and confirms the final payment instructions. We accept the order when we expressly confirm it to you. If we cannot fulfil it or you do not agree to a correction before payment, the order can be cancelled. If we received payment for an order we cannot fulfil, we will refund it.
Prices and payment
Website prices and order totals are displayed in US dollars. Standard outward delivery is complimentary. We also cover destination import duties and import taxes. Return postage to our Guangzhou receiving address, including change-of-mind returns within our return window, is borne by us under the Returns & exchanges policy. Any transfer currency, conversion basis, bank charges and the amount payable must be clear and agreed before you send payment. We will not change an accepted price without your agreement or impose undisclosed charges.
Payment is by offline bank transfer after confirmation. Our customer service team will confirm your order and provide the payment account information. Do not pay a different beneficiary or amended account without checking directly with [email protected] or our on-site team. We do not ask for card numbers, banking passwords or one-time security codes. Use the order number as your reference. We confirm payment only after reconciling cleared funds; a transfer screenshot alone is insufficient.
Dispatch and delivery
We normally arrange dispatch around three days after cleared payment and order confirmation. Typical arrival is around ten calendar days from payment, including the dispatch period, with the destination-specific expected window confirmed before payment. Carrier availability, customs and destination restrictions may affect delivery. Consult Delivery & shipping for tracking, address changes and delay handling. Risk of loss passes as provided by applicable consumer law; handing a parcel to our chosen carrier does not automatically remove our responsibility to you.
Product information
Review the item's description, measurements, materials and available options before ordering. Images can vary in appearance between screens. Such variation does not excuse a material mismatch or inaccurate description. Ask us about any detail you need confirmed. A product brand identifies the product listing and does not by itself mean this store is an official brand-operated website or authorised brand dealer. We make no blanket promise of a manufacturer's warranty; any applicable warranty or service terms must be identified for the particular item.
Returns, cancellation and refunds
You may notify a return or exchange request within 15 days of receipt, with no-reason returns and exchanges during the first seven days and no explanation required within our 15-day window. The Returns & exchanges policy explains return instructions, condition, costs and bank-transfer refund handling. You may contact us to cancel before dispatch. Nothing in these terms restricts mandatory withdrawal, faulty-goods, non-delivery or other consumer rights, including a longer legal remedy period.
Communications and privacy
You authorise us to use the contact information supplied to handle this order, payment arrangements, delivery and after-sales support. Marketing requires a separate lawful basis. Keep your private order link confidential. Our Privacy & cookies policy explains data handling and your options.
Problems and applicable rights
If a problem arises, contact us with your order number so we can investigate and propose a remedy. No clause excludes liability or a consumer remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any applicable mandatory law of your place of residence remains unaffected. These terms do not require you to accept compulsory arbitration, waive a statutory complaint route or accept store credit where a monetary refund is due.
