Worldwide enquiries and complimentary delivery
We accept order enquiries from customers worldwide. Standard outward shipping is complimentary. Delivery is subject to carrier coverage, destination restrictions and the availability of the ordered items. We confirm that we can serve your address before asking you to transfer payment. If we cannot fulfil the order, you can cancel without paying; any payment already received for an unfulfillable order will be refunded.
Dispatch and arrival estimates
We normally arrange dispatch approximately three days after cleared payment and confirmation of your order. Our usual arrival estimate is around ten calendar days from payment, including the dispatch period; it is not an additional ten days after dispatch. We confirm the expected arrival window for your address before payment. These are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates. Customs clearance, remote locations, public holidays and carrier disruption can affect timing. We will contact you if we learn of a material delay.
Before you pay
Place your order with complete delivery and contact details. Our team will confirm availability, the destination, delivery expectations, the amount and currency to transfer, and the delivery arrangements. Standard outward shipping, destination import duties and import taxes are covered by us. Do not transfer funds if the payment or delivery arrangements have not been made clear to you.
Tracking and delivery issues
Once dispatched, the carrier and tracking reference will be added to your private order page when available. Contact [email protected] if tracking stalls, the parcel appears damaged or an item is missing. Keep the packaging and any relevant photographs so we can investigate. Reporting an issue promptly helps us assist you and does not remove your statutory rights.
Customs and taxes
We cover destination import duties and import taxes, in addition to standard outward shipping. We will not ask you to pay these import charges on top of the confirmed order amount. If a carrier or customs agent asks you to pay, contact [email protected] before making payment so we can arrange settlement or explain how an unavoidable charge will be reimbursed against its receipt. A zero checkout tax line does not mean the destination has no import taxes; it does not transfer our responsibility for them to you.
Address changes and cancellation
Contact us as soon as possible to correct an address or cancel an unshipped order. We will confirm whether a change can still be made. Cancellation, late delivery and faulty-goods rights available under applicable law are unaffected by these estimates.
